- The primary task of the Contractor will be to plan, design, and create a robust SharePoint environment for a large district
o The Contractor will meet with management and district employees to discuss the district's SharePoint environment needs and then plan, design, test, implement, and debug that SharePoint environment until it meets the district's needs. This will be an iterative process. The Contractor will make recommendations on system and information architecture, security considerations, and governance. The Contractor must have the aptitude to analyze and understand the district's work processes, and build a SharePoint environment that facilitates them. This will include creating custom forms, custom lists, document libraries, calendars, and other SharePoint features, including SharePoint add-ins, and creating custom SharePoint content.
o The Contractor will train district employees on how to use the SharePoint environment and develop training materials for district employees, including graphical presentations and manuals.
The secondary task of the Contractor will be to work with management and employees to identify ways to improve office automation through, in addition to SharePoint, Microsoft Word templates, Adobe Acrobat forms, Microsoft Teams, and other online collaborative tools. The Contractor will provide recommendations and advice about ways to improve workflows through software. The Contractor will then implement those recommendations through applications used by the district to improve workflow and enable district employees to improve processes so that attorneys spend more time generating legal work product and less time managing data and attending to administrative issues. 9 Skill set info General Qualifications : The Contractor must possess essential qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, and an ability to work cooperatively with others. The Contractor must be able to perform a wide range of information technology support to meet the USAO information needs and perform a variety of tasks associated with the day-to- day operation and administration of information technology systems.1.1 Minimum / General Experience and Years of Experience :
