The successful individual will be operating in the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) section of the business in the Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) product company.
Join our Turbine Mechanic Team!
As a Gas Turbine Mechanic, you'll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of Aero Equipment. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.
As a Turbine Mechanic, you will be responsible for :
- Demonstrating familiarity with hand, pneumatic and hydraulic tooling Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, callipers, etc.)
- Possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings
- Working as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraints
