Job Overview :
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key duties include receiving, shipping, picking, packing and inventory control. Tasks can vary by day and priorities. This role is essential in supporting our production process and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and precise packaging.
Duties :
- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packaging.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 40 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
- Label packages clearly and correctly to facilitate easy identification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the movement of packaged goods to designated areas within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in packaging to supervisors promptly.
