The Role :
The Director of Business Systems will oversee and optimize the company's internal business systems and technology infrastructure to support key business operations. This position plays a pivotal cross functional role in aligning go to market, finance, operations, and other functions to ensure that business systems are effective, scalable, and secure. You will lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and management of business systems that improve operational efficiency, drive data-driven decision-making, and support business growth. Operating as a player / coach this position will be a strategic and hands on leader, charged with optimizing internal software expenses, leading cross functional planning, and executing detailed coding / scripting work across a diverse range of technologies.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range : $140,000 - $160,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
