Job Description
The Veterinarian is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and developing strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Determining client needs and wishes through rapport-building and physical examinations
- Performing medical, surgical, and dental procedures while minimizing patient stress and discomfort
- Communicating complex information to clients and presenting treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate medical records and assisting colleagues with patient management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of application
- Professional comportment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively
