Summary
As the Project Engineer and Automation specialist, you will leverage your analytical expertise, technical skills, and engineering knowledge to lead impactful projects within our operations—spanning warehouse, manufacturing, sales, merchandising, and delivery. You will play a crucial role in delivering enhancements and implementing new automations in our warehousing and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Apply continuous improvement practices and analytical tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive superior business results.
- Redefine operational processes across our warehouse, manufacturing, sales, merchandising, and delivery functions.
- Innovate efficient product flow solutions throughout our network.
- Conduct time studies using established engineering practices to set standard work guidelines.
- Lead the automation implementation initiatives in our warehouse and manufacturing operations.
