Job Summary
The Project Manager in Industrial Engineering will leverage advanced analytical methods, cutting-edge software skills, and solid engineering knowledge to implement transformative projects across our operations, including warehouse, manufacturing, sales, merchandising, and delivery. This role is key in managing upgrades and automations in our systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project plans ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies and analytical tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive enhanced results.
- Redesign operational processes in warehouse, manufacturing, sales, merchandising, and delivery to optimize efficiency.
- Innovate product flow strategies throughout our network for maximum effectiveness.
- Conduct time studies and establish standard work guidelines using standard engineering processes.
- Lead automation projects within our warehouse and manufacturing operations.
