Summary
The Director, Strategic Initiative is responsible for driving key strategic priorities and project to execution across the ACCB organization. Leads cross functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of key projects.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, plan, and manage strategic initiatives.
- Manage budget and resources assigned to key project.
- Provide the leadership and program management necessary to implement key strategic initiatives across all functions and with 3rd party providers.
- Assess business activities and identifies opportunities to drive strategic improvement.
- Drive business transformation initiatives and ongoing process improvement.
- Lead the training and sharing of knowledge with local facility teams.
- Partner with business in improving performance in key business metrics.
- Provide change management leadership to ensure sustainability of key business initiatives.
Qualifications
20 MM. Experience developing and implementing business strategies.
