Production Planning Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
- Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule, including mid to long-term capacity review and planning portal maintenance.
- Establish key performance indicators of schedule attainment to lead expedite requests for OEM/Key Customers in collaboration with Sales Channel Managers and Customer Service.
- Assemble master schedule reports that encompass performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan, identifying current planned levels of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet identified customer demand.
- Manage On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics for production review and root cause analysis of late orders, paretos, and leads Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Schedule supplies based on product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in order management, project management, or demand planning with sales and operations planning or supply chain background.
- MBA preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities; SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, APICS (CPIM), and/or Lean Six Sigma Certifications.
