Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform various duties to support production process utilizing continuous improvement processes. The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite Relocation assistance eligible for this role. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Bartlesville, OK. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Auditing existing manufacturing processes for accuracy
- Creating new manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Assisting operations by designing test fixtures and jigs
- Designing facility layouts to improve existing work cells or implementation of new work
- Providing ergonomic and safety assessments of existing work cells
- Identifies & implements improvement opportunities, ensuring adherence to on time delivery, quality, and cost Our team dynamics You will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
