Product Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance for all engineering activities and assignments. Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will work closely with the Product Engineer, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Agile team, providing the best solution for the customer satisfaction in terms of response, delivery time and product performance. This is an on-site position based in Senatobia, MS. Relocation assistance may be provided. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in the United States. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Developing technical competency amongst colleagues in specific areas of expertise.
- Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet medium to high complexity customer requirements.
- Leading case management for the resolution of technical issues.
- Identifying and imparting relevant training and qualification needs and competency assurance verification requirements.
