Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is remote. #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytics division working remote. Ideally located near Dallas, TX, the Southwestern US, or near a major airport hub. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Customer Interaction : Working directly with natural gas utility customers to identify and solve operational issues. Striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in all transactions and relationships.
- Technical Support : Providing expert support. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues involving both hardware and software. Conducting data analysis remotely to identify trends, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Field Service and Maintenance : Performing hands-on field service tasks, overseeing installations, repairs, preventative and unplanned maintenance of ABB equipment.
- Documentation and Communication : Addressing customer questions with detailed technical answers and documentation.
