This position reports to
Head of Talent Acquisition,North America
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead teams of HR specialists or managers to deliver the strategy for a specific HR functional area in a particular geography, in alignment with group directives and wider HR strategy. Each day, you will represent the needs of the area to the group Center of Expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to provide a seamless service to the business. The work model for the role is : hybrid - 3 days per week in office #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area division in the US. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Acting as a speaking partner to the business to advise on strategy, process and policy, and best practices in relation to talent acquisition.
- Implementing and continuously optimizing HR talent acquisition processes and procedures.
- Contributing to, supporting, and leading where appropriate, Talent Acquisition functional design projects and pilots.
- Developing and implementing cluster / country-specific programs in area of talent acquisition and employer branding.
