In Albuquerque we manufacture underground cable connections and accessories for the electrical distribution grid as well as fault circuit indicators and current sensors. Our industry leading Elastimold and Fisher Pierce products are used to connect, ground, splice, terminate, and protect underground power cables. Products manufactured in Albuquerque are integral connective pieces of a resilient power grid.
Your responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of molding operations, i.e., work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision control
- Ensures quality operation of the process, performs quality checks and controls, including adher-ence to cleaning and maintenance
- Must maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates
- Prepares and maintains accurate production records and follows standard operating proce-dures
- Communicates respectfully with all team members
- Ensures shift change is completed and forms are filled out with accurate and appropriate in-formation
- Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior manufacturing experience not required
- Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
- Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives
- Can work a weekend schedule as needed
