This position reports to
Infrastructure Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business. You will be mainly accountable for: Assist in implementing technical solutions in cloud and on premise Collaborate with team members to understand functional and technical requirements Participate in task prioritization and incoming IS needs Assist in deployment, optimization, and maintenance of existing systems Participate in team meetings to align tasks, enhance skills, and ensure best practices Enhance organizational security by identifying and mitigating system vulnerabilities.

Qualifications for the role
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields in the United States.
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
