Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Optical Manufacturing Technician to join our team at ABB Optical Group. This role involves working in a fast-paced laboratory environment where you will be responsible for the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use tracing machines to measure frames and print corresponding paperwork
• Sort and receive frames into the system and place them in appropriate colored trays
• Operate equipment, clear machine errors, and maintain tools for production equipment
• Invoice and package finished jobs, scan and bin jobs into proper customer boxes for shipping
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience
• Ability to follow procedure and contribute as an individual and a team member
• Computer literate and prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Work Environment: The work environment is a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with moderate noise.
