Your role and responsibilities

Are you ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team where your expertise will drive innovation and excellence! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product. The work model for the role is onsite in Cary, NC. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with business division leadership and key stakeholders. Business Analysis & Solutions: Analyze current business situations, formulate effective solutions with Data & Analytics team, and develop plans with Product Owners. Requirements & Specifications: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and wireframes, and create detailed user stories and functional specification documents. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, and developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements; liaise between users and technical teams. Training & Adoption: Create training materials, conduct user training, and promote and measure the adoption of solutions within business divisions. Support & Guidance: Support Business Partners in qualifying business requests, prioritize change requests, and provide guidance to development teams without carrying line responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of SQL and Power BI.
• Understands concepts of data warehousing.
• Awareness of AI capabilities and of it's emerging technologies.
