Your Role and Responsibilities
- Liaison between Business and IT: Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments.
- Analysis and Synthesis: Gather information from various stakeholders to identify actual needs.
- Business Analysis Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Procedures and Audits: Create and maintain Business Analysis procedures, ensuring they are executed and auditable.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science required. Alternatively, 4 years of experience within Computer Science related roles or 12 years of same experience without degree.
- Strong Knowledge: ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
- Certifications: Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools, and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
