- Primary On-Site Representative : Serve as the main contact for ABB customers and field personnel.
- Customer Satisfaction : Plan and execute service work to meet customer expectations and ensure retention.
- Opportunity Identification : Work with customers to identify and address operational improvements and pain points.
- Site Work Management : Prepare and manage site work, including subcontractors, for larger projects.
- Technical Expertise : Perform complex field service tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical consultation.
- Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and reports for service activities.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and drive improvements in processes and products.
- Travel and Safety Compliance : Travel extensively and adhere to safety protocols and ABB's safety culture.
