This position reports to
Facility Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Shift Days : Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shift Times : 11 : 15pm - 11 : 45am Buffing, sweeping, and mopping, floors of various types. Dusting countertops, and loose furniture. Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Emptying trash cans in common areas Washing and drying windows. Liaising with the facility manager to ensure there is always sufficient cleaning products. Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process. Informing the facility manager of repairs that need to be done. Restocking bathrooms, kitchen areas, and conference rooms Must meet or exceed company requirements for safety. Follow checklists to ensure completion of all tasks. Other duties may be assigned. Operations within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area. Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications for the role
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift up to 40 pounds
