This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Under the direction of the Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Technician B evaluates, repairs, and maintains hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Works as part of the Columbus Plant maintenance team to perform preventative and corrective maintenance, conducting all activities within agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase the overall efficiency of the equipment and production lines.

Qualifications for the role

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year industrial maintenance experience required
• Additional maintenance, trade or technical training perferred
• Welding & fabrication experience a plus
• Must be able to troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical problems and have a good working knowledge of hydraulic systems and functions.
• Must exhibit good safety awareness and work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Overtime is a requirement of the job.
