This position reports to

Segmnt Product Mger - Air Handling(HVAC)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to Perform various product segment activities supporting marketing, analysis, training, revenue growth and profitability. The work model for the role is remote. #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the Motion NEMA Motors division in Fort Smith, AK. Relocation assistance not eligible for this role. You will be mainly accountable for: • Works with the Segment Managers to develop a deep understanding of the opportunities available for NEMA motors in served markets. Acts as the expert on competitors in assigned segments including their offerings and how our offerings compare. Provides analysis and data to Segment Managers for additional actions and follow up. • Works with the Segment Managers to identify needs for product catalogs, sales literature, advertising, customer awareness and technical marketing opportunities and needs. Responsible for creating engaging, targeted marketing materials to support growth in assigned market segments. • Responsible for developing and/or delivering segment-solution and product training to Sales, Channel Partners and customers. • Researches competitive situation and prepares product family price lists in line with market segment needs. • Prepares various analyses by product line and competitors. Collaborates with internal teams to share data as needed. • Contributes to the creation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations. Includes websites, videos and e-commerce. Provides input to the functionality of sales tools such as configurators by ensuring an excellent user experience.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or engineering is preferred
  • 4 years of relevant experience, knowledge and experience with electric motor products is preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC and air handling systems
  • Excellent Powerpoint presentation skills presenting to key stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus
  • Up to 15% domestic travel, international may be required but rare
  • We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
