Your Role as a Business Process Transformation Leader
You will be part of our Integrated Business Solutions team, focusing on creating and implementing cutting-edge business process application solutions to drive innovation and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Liaison Function: Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee business improvement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise and experiences with colleagues to promote best practices and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required. Alternatively, 4 years of experience within Computer Science related roles or 12 years of same experience without degree.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects.
- Certifications and Training: Broad and deep knowledge of theories, tools, and practices in business improvement projects and change management activities.
