This position reports to
Production Development Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and / or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities. The work model for the role is : Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for :
- Using the Baldor BUS System, issue purchase orders for all supplies used in the maintenance department and maintain vendor managed inventories for supplies.
- Audit inventory levels through cycle counting and conduct inventory audit and stock received inventory into appropriate locations, configure and request Z numbers and ensure that it is identified in the BUS system.
- Evaluate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work orders for labor and material requirements and schedule work orders for PM's, routine maintenance, and project work
- Plans jobs through job site review, priority scheduling, and part kitting
