You'll be part of our Distribution Solutions Division, which offers segment-specific products and solutions that largely serve utilities, industry, and infrastructure segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the global product manager in capturing ideas and defining new product technical requirements for product development.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for sales and marketing teams, as well as customers.
- Assist in the entire product development process from requirement specification and ROI evaluation to product launch.
- Support customer development and assist in resolving customer issues.
- Deliver product and application training to internal teams and customers.
- Analyze and prepare documentation on market, product, and competitors.
- Work with others to define the go-to-market strategy and required tools or resources.
- Collaborate with factory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio execution.
