Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Business Process Lead to own specific service business processes and lead the execution of needed process changes. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience in SD, PP, MM modules, and a proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management roles for mid to large-size projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and track rollout plans to ensure user adoption, business case realization, and management support.
- Showcase expertise by demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry and acting as an expert in realizing long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with Information Systems (IS) and Application Owners to ensure that processes are supported by the right applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 6 years of related experience or other combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP experience in SD, PP, MM modules.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
- Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management roles for mid to large-size projects.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs - 10% to 20% max.
