While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $148,200 annually.

- Guaranteeing customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience.
- Utilizing the local practices for notifying the account team about the opportunities.
- Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 2 years experience in service operations or 5 years of equivalent work experience in service operations, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow) is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
