Your role and responsibilities
The Strategic Channel Manager is responsible for supporting business strategies, managing account profiles, maintaining channel partner agreements, monitoring competitor activity, managing the Opportunity Pipeline, supporting Key Account processing, Channel Forecast and Monthly Reporting. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to do what it takes to make the company successful. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division. You will be mainly accountable for :
- Defining and implementing the specified market (global / regional) channel sales strategy, in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up to achieve them.
- Implementing annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners.
- Ensuring appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities are in place for our channel partners.
- Designing the policies and relevant standards to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification. Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
