Duties
- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales activities and prepare reports on performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or account management is preferred.
- Strong skills in cold calling, territory management, and B2B sales are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Familiarity with Quickbookd is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel within the assigned territory.
