This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer at Abbey Escrow Services Inc. located in Granite Bay, CA. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing closings, notarizing documents, handling escrow transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and working with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of escrow industry experience (preferably as an active escrow officer)
- Closings and Escrow skills
- Notary and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling real estate transactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Previous experience in escrow services is a plus
Salary : $5,500 - $7,500
