What are the responsibilities and job description for the Glazier/Installer position at Abbey Glass and Locksmith Services?
We are looking for an experienced Glazier to join our team. Qualified candidates will have experience in the glazing industry, including knowledge of glass cutting, installation, and repair. The Glazier will be responsible for ensuring that all glass products are installed correctly and safely, and will have the ability to work with a variety of materials. Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass according to specifications.
- Install glass into window frames and doors.
- Use a variety of tools to shape and cut glass.
- Grind, sand, and polish edges of glass pieces.
- Inspect and test installed glass for proper fit and seal.
- Repair existing windows and doors.
- Follow safety protocols when handling glass.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
