Abbey Residential is searching for an experienced Maintenance Tech

Job responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the physical integrity of the property always.
- Ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Anticipate, identify, and correct all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems to maintain a safe environment.
- Cultivate resident satisfaction.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (1) year multifamily maintenance experience and prefer HVAC certification as well. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required.
