Abbey Residential is searching for an experienced Maintenance Tech. HVAC certification and valid driver's license required.

Job responsibilities include:
- Maintains the physical condition of the property including preventative maintenance
- Completes service requests involving plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC.
- Performs routine interior and exterior maintenance (doors, windows, breezeway, gutters, pressure washing etc.)
- Maintains pool area with assistance from groundskeepers
- Displays professional and positive customer service behaviors
- Must be available for emergency calls after hours. After hours call schedule rotates every two weeks.
- HVAC certification required. CPO certification desired but not required.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (1) year multifamily maintenance experience and prefer HVAC certification as well. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required.
