Job Description:
- Supervise and lead the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring seamless execution of policies and procedures.
- Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery models and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize overtime and agency staffing, maintaining a safe and stable workforce.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably a BSN.
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
