Machine Operator - Extrusion Coating Line

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, performing quality checks, and managing crew on the Extrusion Coating Line. The Machine Operator must perform work safely, according to quality, and schedule requirements.

Job Duties:

• Review all job orders and report any discrepancies that could affect job quality
• Loading resin into hoppers
• Change resin recipes as needed
• Loading and Unloading Rolls
• Adjusting the die bolts to achieve product flatness
• Check coating quality and bond to substrate
• Ensure overall roll quality is met
• Cleaning the die
• Changing screens
• Setting GSM to required weight
• Operate Line at standard production speed
• Lead crew to ensure smooth operation of the line
• Recording Production Data
• Keep working clean at all times

Qualifications:

• English Communication - Verbal & Written
• Previous Experience working with machinery (preferred)
• Cooperative Attitude
• Previous Experience working in a industrial manufacturing environment

12 Hour Rotating Morning/Night Shifts, 4 days on/ 3 days off

Night Shift Premium Pay

Pay: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour
