Architectural Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic, employee-owned team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, a strong foundation in architectural design principles, and proficiency in various design software. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with clients and team members to bring architectural visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create detailed architectural and cabinetry designs for various projects.
• Utilize design software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketchup to produce high-quality visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Prepare presentations and design documents for client meetings.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies that can enhance design quality.
• Assist in the preparation of project specifications and documentation.

Experience

• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Chief Architect Revit, or Sketchup,
• Strong understanding of system design principles as they relate to architecture.
• Experience in creating detailed drawings for construction purposes.
• A degree in Architecture, Interior design or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an architectural firm, kitchen and bath company, or construction company is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,023.00 - $85,476.00 per year
