FIELD SUPPORT - JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver and install Permit boxes
- Unbox cabinetry and move cabinetry as needed
- Assist Project Manager with cabinetry installation, carpentry, and trim work
- Meet with Vendors or Inspectors as requested by the Project Manager
- To provide support services to Project Managers
- Log all deliveries from the showroom into Builder Trend and deliver to Warehouse or Jobsite
- Maintain Showroom Cleanliness such as window washing, sweeping front and back of Showroom, Changing AC Filters, Taking out trash
- Maintain Warehouse – Keep Warehouse Clean and Organized
- Assist Project Manager with all Warranty and Home Management Work
- To provide support services to Design Team / Interior Decorating Team Meet with Vendors as needed to allow access if Design Team can not make an appt.
- Create, deliver and maintain job site boxes
- Pick up and deliver items as needed
- Pack and Move as needed
- Furniture Assembly as needed
- Ensure Jobsite cleanliness, and safety for both the clients and the workers and inspect all equipment on-site for proper safety features and correct any unsafe conditions. Ladders must be taken down at night and security fences must be checked before departure. You are responsible for locking the client's house before leaving if you are the last one on site.
- Maintain a record of work hours and ensure timesheets are cost-coded accurately. Daily Logs and Photos must be added to Builder Trend. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure their timesheet is submitted to the office at the end of each workweek. If this deadline is missed, your paycheck cannot be issued the following week.
- Maintaining correct dress and behavior standards on the job according to the project rules.
- Maintain a safe and clean vehicle. Wear Seat Belts at all times.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent mental or physical impairment that may affect ability to perform duties.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
