What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician- HVAC Certified position at ABBITT MANAGEMENT, LLC?
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently, courteously, and promptly.
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders, make ready units and inspections as assigned.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
