Sun & Mon 1pm- 9pm; Tues 12pm - 8pm; Fri & Sat 4pm - 12pm; Wed & Thurs - OFF
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the residence manager, the Assistant Residence Manager ensures the day-to-day implementation of the youths individual service plan. In addition, the Assistant Residence Manager provides daily communication, feedback and supervision to the programs child care counselors
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide supervision to all full-time, part-time, and per diem Direct Care Workers in the absence of the Residence Manager
- Represent the Residence Manager at assigned meetings
- Review and submit payroll sheets on a bi-weekly basis
- Attend bi-weekly team conferences, intakes, and service-plan reviews
- Responsible for monitoring daily logs, records of expenditures, clothing inventories and facilitys census
- Monitor medication administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency standards
- Perform all necessary activities assigned to further the agencys mission

- Computer The Assistant Residence Manager must be able to use a computer and able to learn software programs
- Office Equipment- The Assistant Residence Manager is required to operate a fax, copier, scan, and other office equipment.
- Communication - The Assistant Residence Manager needs to be able to speak, read and write fluently in the English language
- Writing - The Assistant Residence Manager must be able to write in the English language using correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Driving - The Assistant Residence Manager Specialist must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record. Driving agency vehicles is a requirement.
- Lifting - The Assistant Residence Manager may frequently lift 0-25 lbs., occasionally lift 25-50 lbs., and rarely lift over 50 lbs.
- Push/Pull - The Assistant Residence Manager may frequently push/pull 0-25 lbs. of force, occasionally push/pull 26-45 lbs. force, and rarely push/pull over 45 lbs.
- Sitting - The Assistant Residence Manager may sit 50-60% of the working day.
- Standing - The Assistant Residence Manager may stand 10-20% of the working day.
- Walking - The Assistant Residence Manager may walk 10-20% of the working day.
- Stooping -The Assistant Residence Manager may occasionally stoop. This is defined as bending body downward by bending spine at the waist.
- Kneeling -The Assistant Residence Manager may occasionally kneel. This is defined as bending legs at knees to come to rest on knee(s).
- Crouching - The Assistant Residence Manager may occasionally crouch. This is defined as bending body downward and forward by bending spine and legs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate due to talk and movement of the program participants and other co- workers. The noise level can increase on occasion due to yelling or screaming by the participants of the programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED . Bachelors degree preferred
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record is required
HOURS AND TIME OF WORK
- The Assistant Residence Manager position is full time/40 hours per week. Evenings and Weekends are required.
