Key Responsibilities
- Transfer data from hard copy and other sources to digital databases
- Download and upload information as needed.
- Maintain and update the Agency’s information systems.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintains confidentiality, security, and data integrity.
- Create and maintain user accounts & access for systems/databases.
- Generate reports and use MS Excel to customize data to meet the necessary outcome.
- Review timeline issues and act as liaison between MIS and departments related to data issues.
- Follow the directives of MIS supervisor related to MIS tasks.
- Follow guidelines, policies, and protocols of IT/MIS department strictly and regularly.
- Follow HIPAA and other guidelines while handling protected health information (PHI)
- Collaborate with department heads to determine and address data and reporting needs.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal team
- Communicate with team members promptly.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues in a timely fashion.
- Interacts with all programs and staff on professional level and a team player within the IT/MIS department.
- Performs other duties as required.

- BS preferred, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/O365, Basic Computer Courses, or IT/MIS related Certifications a plus.
- 3 years of MIS experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
