Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Socio-Therapist to provide crisis intervention and group programming in the community to children who are placed in the Treatment Family Foster Care program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic recreational group outings for children participating in the TFFC program.
- Offer crisis intervention as needed.
- Participate as a TFFC team member in all planning meetings for the children of her/his caseload.
- Maintain regular face-to-face contact with children (at least one time per week).
- Transport children for various purposes using agency or personal vehicle.
- Complete progress notes and other paperwork responsibilities in Connections within 72 hours of contact.
- Work collaboratively with TFFC team to develop behavior plans and interventions.
- Support foster parents in a professional and supportive manner.
About You

- You have at least a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with experience working with emotionally challenged children in the community.
- You possess excellent communication and writing skills.
