About the Role
As a key member of our Treatment Family Foster Care team, you will provide critical support to children in need. Your role will involve working closely with foster families, community partners, and other stakeholders to deliver effective crisis intervention and group programming.
You will be responsible for conducting therapeutic recreational group outings, providing crisis intervention as needed, and participating in planning meetings for your caseload. Your ability to work collaboratively with the TFFC team to develop behavior plans and interventions will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children.
