As an IT OCM Sr. Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our IT organization's change management capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing IT OCM strategies, coaching internal teams on OCM best practices, and directing the upskilling of change management capabilities.
Some of your key tasks will be:
- Leading the development and implementation of IT OCM methodologies and tools
- Advising IT project leads and leaders on OCM approaches and resources
