Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Division FP&A HQ team. The successful candidate will drive strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring strict compliance with GAAP and internal operating policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare detailed financial reports, including Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and Long Range Projections (LRPs) for P&L and balance sheet metrics, ensuring data integrity and GAAP compliance.
- Planning & Process Improvement : Maintain an effective planning process by coordinating a comprehensive planning calendar, and develop flexible tools and templates to streamline financial consolidation and reporting.
- S&OP & Budget Support : Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by managing key performance metrics, and collaborate with the Global Marketing team to create annual budgets and forecasts.
- Month-End Close & Ad Hoc Analysis : Execute month-end close activities, including revenue reconciliation and journal entry preparation, while leading cross-functional analytical projects to support senior management decisions.
