Main Purpose of Role
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in compliance to applicable procedures, policies and CFR's Quality System Regulation.
- Responsible for the preparation of daily and monthly IQA reports.
- Work with supplier quality engineering to develop inspection programs utilizing optical inspection equipment for selected components.
- Perform and process first article inspections.
- Inspect incoming component.
- Train and assist other junior inspectors in the processing/inspection of components and IQA documentation.
- Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with SOPs, WIs and GMP (CFRs).
- Interface with Engineers on new product development, inspections and Non-conformance results.
- Proficient in the use of standard inspection gages and automated/manual optical measuring equipment.
Qualifications/Experience You Will Bring
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 years working in inspection or related field
