Job Description:
- Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in the design, development and delivery of training programs, work with customer service leaders on learning needs of their staff through vehicles such as training needs analyses.
- Design, resource, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan, including eLearning, virtual live sessions, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or workshops, Train-the Trainer (TTT), and Structured On-The-Job (SOTJ).
- Establish and maintain overall LMS structure and version control for global customer service and product curriculum. Drive global adherence to LMS guidelines and administer all new and prior content to ensure effortless reportability to regulatory and internal parties.
- Develop and integrate knowledge checks throughout the training curriculum to ensure comprehension and foster a center of continuous learning
- Coordinate training compliance across all teams within Customer Service, including regional and BPO teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement trainings that are appropriate for the organizational needs and consistent with the overall training strategy.
- Navigate and understand quality process related to development, approval and distribution of training materials in a highly regulated area. Must be done across regions and content areas.
- Manage any vendor resources onboarded to assist with content development, ensuring adherence to ADC guidelines. Manage timelines and deliverables for any outsourced content and resources.
- Monitor, evaluate and report out on training programs effectiveness. Maintain and analyze organization and individual and program specific training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
- Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
- Ensure that a continuous process of best practices is implemented for continuous improvement to training program. Manages training priorities and policies through and in collaboration with other groups in ADC.
- Keep abreast of developments and innovations in training and education in industry so the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Business, Instructional Design, or Education preferred.
- 5 years of training experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and professional speaking skills.
- Experience with call center technologies, CRM or Service Ticket applications in a quality environment.
- Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Office tools in use as training development; prefer experience in Articulate, Captivate or other standard CBT training tools as well.
- Strong skills graphic design and sense of creativity while working within a branding framework.
- MBA or Masters in training/facilitation, training program/instructional design and development, and/or training management degree preferred.
