Job Title: IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Sr. Manager

As an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Sr. Manager, you will lead the IT Change Management Office, responsible for IT OCM methodology, tools, and self-service processes for IT leaders to plan, scope, and integrate OCM into their efforts.
What You'll Work On
- Lead the IT Change Management Office, responsible for IT OCM methodology, tools, and self-service processes for IT leaders to plan, scope, and integrate OCM into their efforts.
- Advise and coach IT project leads and leaders on OCM best practices, approaches, and resources.
- Evaluate the IT project portfolio and identify opportunities to align change initiatives in support of overall business goals.
- Direct the IT OCM Center of Excellence and OCM Community of Practice, driving continuous improvement with advanced OCM practitioners and fostering interest and development across the IT organization.
- Evaluate OCM processes, training resources, vendor relationships, etc. to measure impact, performance, and usability in service to IT OCM objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior IT management on change management capabilities, tracking change management delivery against objectives.
- Partner with the IT Project Management Office on process and skill-building initiatives with IT project and program managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Organizational Change Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven experience in change management, preferably in IT and/or medical device industry or a similar regulated environment.
- 10 years of experience leading change, communications, and training efforts for technology implementations of increasing size and complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting and/or large global company experience, including project delivery and navigating client-facing environments.
- Change management certification (e.g., LaMarsh, Prosci, CCMP).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
