The Opportunity
This position works out of our Livermore, CA location in the Heart Failure Division.
As the Payment Administration & Review Manager you will lead and manage the company’s healthcare payments received, review and administer the follow-up action in terms of coordinating with Insurances / patients / other parties as necessary across Diagnostic and DME verticals. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing inhouse teams. What You’llWork On
- Analyze EOBs and post manual payments
- Identify payers with payment posting issues
- Accurately correct payment posting errors by reviewing credits
- Investigate payment issues while addressing outstanding payment discrepancies and denials to expedite resolution
- Document all payment-related activities and communications thoroughly and accurately.
- Lead and close internal quality reviews and projects
- Respond to Insurance specific Additional document requests or other documentation as needed
- Maintain payor review trending analytics and report to the management
- Extend process improvement feedback and training to the internal Revenue Cycle team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
