Plan, coordinate, integrate, and drive projects associated with functional and divisional needs (e.g. on-market product changes to meet new Compliance regulations on-market, new product introduction launches, and corporate initiatives).
Responsibilities
Coordinate resource and activities with cross-functional peers (e.g. Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing and Commercial peers alongside all WW Operations functions including Manufacturing, Third-Party-Manufacturing, Artwork and Packaging, Engineering, Procurement and Sourcing). Provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of program/project managers, Quality/Regulatory/Operations professionals to drive the successful execution of product related, on market change projects.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical Discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 5 years working in a regulated medical (ideally device or in vitro Diagnostic) environment. Preferred: Minimum 2 years of Direct management/supervisory experience.
