As a Quality Systems Supervisor II, you will be responsible for leading efforts required to deliver quality and compliance performance for the Quality Systems department. This includes coaching and directing individuals in delivering performance required for themselves, their team, and the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of operators and coordinators dedicated to reinspections
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality Engineering and Production to complete reinspections
- Managing the use, editing, and addition of controlled documents as required by FDA and CFRs documentation
- Developing nonexempt employees on implementation of all documents
- Creating and modifying plant documents to meet the plant needs
- Managing hourly personnel, responsible for training and development
